need to know to make an intelligent decision about booking a trip
with us.

3. When your're ready to book your trip, we’ll send you out
a written trip proposal, featuring a brochure of Lake Huites
Lodge,
trip information sheets detailing every aspect of the trip, trip
applications and a written price guarantee that will detail every
cost you will incur. You will have no surprises when you take one
of our trips.
4. After you have mailed in your trip reservation sheet and deposits,
we will then initiate the process of really preparing you for your
specific adventure. You will receive detailed packing lists, information
about medical precautions, information about trip cancellation insurance,
instructions on applying for passports and requirements for a single
parent bringing a child under 18 into Mexico.
5. Final payments are due 60 days prior to your trip. At this time,
you will receive your finalized itinerary and last minute information
to help you prepare for your Lake Huites Lodge adventure.
6. You’ve now started your Lake Huites adventure. Don’t
worry, we are monitoring you as you are traveling. When you arrive
in Los Mochis, there will be personnel who will meet and greet you
as you clear Customs . They are constantly contacting us to inform
us of your progress, fishing success and any problems that might
arise. Remember, we are the owners and operators of Lake
Huites Lodge and our personnel are in contact with us daily.
7. You’ve returned home. We want to hear all about your trip,
so we’ve prepared a questionnaire that we’d like you to
take a few minutes to answer.
