Copper Canyon Air-Train Tours
six day one way tour
 This
tour is designed for those travelers wishing to fly into Chihuahua
or depart from Chihuahua. It is designed to coincide with our Bass
fishing at Lake Huites Lodge or our Dave Hunting Packages operated
out of Lake Domingues Lodge in El Fuerte. The tour as shown is based
on our customers Touring the Copper Canyon before arrival at Lake
Huites Lodge or Lake Domingues Lodge. The family members may stay
on in El Fuerte and participate in our El Fuerte Tour package while
the fisherman or Hunters are enjoying their respective sport. The
hunting clients will actually be staying at the same base camp with
their families. Of Course it the Tour is availale to the General
Public that are not hunting or fishing quests.
 The
Tour can also be done in reverse. You family can either accompany
you when arriving for you fishing or hunting adventure or fly into
Los Mochis on their last day. We will pick you up from the Los Mochis
Airport and take you to El Fuerte where you will meet them.
Al meals and side tours are included in the price of the Tour while
in the Copper Canyon.
Day One
You will fly into Chihuahua International Airport and take a Taxi
to the Hotel Palacio in downtown Chihuahua. You will be on your
own for diner and breakfast.
Day Two
 In
the morning the Hotel will arrange your transportation to the train
station. You will make the train ride south to the Station Posada
de Barancas, Here you will be meet by a Hotel representative and
board the shuttle for the 4 Star Hotel Mirador. Check in and relax,
roam around and just enjoy the scenery. Diner will be served in
the hotels dining room with its panoramic view of the canyon
Day Three
After breakfast in the morning you will board a tour bus for the
short trip to Creel. Here you will visit the ancient cave dwellings
of the Tarahumara Indians. You can browse the different shops and
watch the Indian Women weave baskets. (a box lunch is provided)
You will then return to the Hotel, relax and enjoy your diner.
Day Four
 The
morning is free. Sleep in if you like, stroll around and have a
leisurely lunch. After lunch you will be taken back to the train
station and journey south to the Cerocahui Station. Here you will
once again be met by a hotel representative who will take you on
a short scenic drive through the county side to the 4 Star Hotel
Mission. Check in and enjoy a great diner.
Day Five
After breakfast in the morning you will board a tour bus for the
base of the canyon. Here you will visit a small village that has
maintained its culture and customs for centuries. The trip is very
much like a trip back in time. You will return to the hotel and
have lunch. After lunch you will be taken to the train to continue
your trip southbound. You will arrive at the El Fuerte Station at
about 7:30 in the evening. One of our people will meet you and take
you to our Lake Domingues Lodge where you will spend the night.
Day Six
 Those
persons partaking in a Bass Fishing adventure will be flown to Lake
Huites Lodge. Those persons partaking in an hunting adventure will
utilize Lake Domingues Lodge as their base camp. Family members
will have the option of enjoying our El Fuerte tour package or we
will transport them to Los Mochis International Airport for their
trip Home.
